Restoration and reconstruction of the original 93 year old chapter house with complete rebuild of the new section. This "down to the studs" remodel includes everything to bring the temple up to current building codes, while maintaining and enhancing the original Tudor design character that has remained a constant.
Through many years of foresight and dedication, this long sought restoration is the result of thousands of hours of work by a growing group of volunteer Washington alumni. As well, the project would not have been possible without the hundreds of financial donations, both large and small, from many of our alumni.
The culmination of the effort has led to the largest reconstruction and restoration project in the history of any fraternal organization in Pac 12 History. UDubbed"Built to Last", the final piece of the effort is focused on delivering a facility that is fully outfitted on day 1, and to instill a renewed sense of pride in our facility. This final push will allow our active members the opportunity to continue being a force on the University of Washington campus in all endeavors academic, and leadership. Further, the facility will enable the alumni and active membership to recruit, and retain the best quality young men for years to come.
This website has been developed to secure the last bit of funds needed to deliver
